The rooms here are super tidy and they look like they've never been used before. Plus, you can catch some amazing views of the Atlas mountains from the window. the best part? There's a really spacious bathroom included in each room! 🚿

Excellent service, absolutely charming and great hotel.
Enjoyable experience there. Chilled-out base for traveling to Marrakesh and exploring local places. Quiet and exceptionally nice location to Jardin Majorelle Garden. Walking distance from the bus stop, 5 minutes. Brand-new, tastefully decorated unit with hard mattresses, and caring staff. Bonus point for climate control and a private entrance.

I recently stayed at a wonderful riad in a perfect location near the main market square. The rooms were gorgeous and I even received a free room upgrade. The view from the terrace was outstanding, especially during breakfast. The staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and sweet, making my stay memorable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this riad for anyone visiting.
I totally recommend this hotel.

The room at Riad Luzia was super cozy and comfortable! I loved the flat-screen TV, perfect for chilling out after a long day of exploring. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the Marrakesh heat. And the private entrance made me feel like a VIP! It was everything I needed as a young traveler like me.
The only thing I didn't love was the tile/marble floor. It was a bit slippery, but I guess that's just my clumsy self.

As a senior woman, I absolutely loved the authentic Moroccan decoration throughout the hotel. The beautiful Moroccan tiles, intricate carvings, and vibrant colors brought a sense of culture and tradition to the atmosphere. The general areas, such as the terrace and communal spaces, were also adorned in traditional Moroccan style, providing a comfortable and relaxing ambiance. Additionally, the hotel's location was excellent for senior people like myself. It was conveniently situated near the main street and attractions, making it easy to explore Marrakesh without having to walk long distances.
If I had to ask for one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be clearer instructions for using the various amenities in the room, such as the TV, heating, and air conditioning. It would have been helpful for the children working there to provide detailed instructions upfront, as I found myself needing assistance in figuring out how to use certain features.

I chose Riad Luzia mainly because of its central location, as I wanted to visit Jardin Majorelle. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the additional features at this riad, such as the complimentary wireless Internet access and concierge services. The breakfast at the riad was also amazing, with a lot of variety and served with panoramic views of the monuments and Atlas Mountains.

The rooftop terrace is an amazing place to sit and relax, with panoramic views of the city and the Atlas Mountains. It's like having breakfast on top of the world! Hassan at reception was incredibly helpful and answered all of our queries with a smile. He made us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. The breakfast served on the terrace by the staff was not only delicious, but also presented beautifully. The variety of options made it a truly satisfying experience.
Some rooms had minor issues with strange smells and difficult-to-lock doors.

Title: Incredibly Nice Staff That Took Great Care of Us! Great Location
The only thing we would have asked for a better vacation for senior people is if the door to the room we stayed in during our second visit had an easier locking mechanism. a slightly fresher bread selection for breakfast would have been appreciated.

The room we stayed in was nice and spacious. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to all the key attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, they even offered us tea and cookies.
The breakfast area was quite chilly and didn't provide a comfortable atmosphere for guests to enjoy their meals. The noise level throughout the hotel was also quite high, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Nothing to dislike.

The highlight of my stay was the rooftop terrace. It was a little piece of paradise where I could sit back, relax, and enjoy my breakfast with breathtaking views of the city and the Atlas Mountains. It was like having breakfast in the clouds!
Minor confusion with TV/heat/AC instructions.
